We are Safic-Alcan Brazil
Safic-Alcan Brazil is part of the Safic-Alcan Group, a global distributor of specialty chemical ingredients. We support manufacturers, formulators and R&D teams by connecting ingredients, expertise and local market knowledge.
Our operations in Brazil expanded significantly in 2022 with the acquisition of Sarfam (Personal Care), Proquimil (Industrial) and Colormix Especialidades ( Coatings, Plastics & Life Sciences) all three being long-standing companies with a strong reputation in the domestic market. This expansion consolidates a leading local platform, combining the strength of a global group with specialized teams and a presence in Brazil’s key industrial sectors, enabling us to serve each sector in which we operate with technical depth and a local touch.
