Sensient Food Colors Italy is one of the Italian largest producer of Red Natural Food Grade Colors, commonly known under the name “Anthocyanins”. SFC Italy is the only vertically integrated Color Manufacturer producing anthocyanins based colors from fruits and vegetables in liquid and powder forms. The industrial manufacturing site is located in Corte Tegge – Cavriago (Reggio Emilia). The region near by the facility is the heart of the Italian red wine producing area, where selected varieties of red grapes rich in color are grown.

ENOCYANIN

Concentrate extracted from skins of selected grapes designed for use in low pH food system (<4.0). It is suitable for alcoholic beverages, soft drink, confectionery items (sweets and jellies), jams & syrups, dry blends, dairy products, added to fruits for use in yoghurts.
