VULCOFAC HDC is a crosslinker and vulcanizing agent for elastomers reacting with amines such as ethylene acrylate copolymers, polyacrylates (ACM), fluorinated rubbers, epichlorhydrins, bromobutyl and halogenated butyl rubber. VULCOFAC® HDC MB75

VULCOFAC® HDC MB75 is a crosslinker, vulcanizing and curing agent for elastomers reacting with amines such as AEM, polyacrylates (ACM), fluorinated rubbers, epichlorhydrins, bromobutyl and halogenated butyl rubber. It is presented as a masterbatch on special halogen-free elastomeric binders. Shelf life: 24 months.Benefits:Chemical composition: Hexamethylene diamine carbamate (75%) and non-halogenated polymer binder (25%)Shows improved handling and better dispersion in rubber mixesMooney Viscosity (ML (1+4) at 80°C): 10-50

VULCOFAC HD IMINE

Vulcanizing and curing agent for fluro-elastomers (FKM). It is a blocked diamine usable for elastomers reacting with amines such as fluorinated rubbers, ethylene acrylates copolymers, epichlorohydrin and bromobutyl.Benefits:Composed of N,N dicinnamylidene 1,6 hexanediamine​Melting point : 76.0 – 85.0°C

VULCOFAC HMDC DF

Dust-free curing and vulcanizing agent for elastomers reacting with amines such as AEM, polyacrylates (ACM), fluorinated rubbers, epichlorohydrin, bromobutyl and halogenated butyl rubber. Shelf life: 24 months.Benefits:Composed of 98% hexamethylene diamine carbamate and 2% oilVulcanization temperature varies between 150-180°C

VULCOFAC HM DL65

Crosslinking agent used in rubber industry, particularly in the tyre manufacturing. It is composed of 65% hexamethoxymethylmelamine and 35% silicon dioxide. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits:Improves adhesion of natural and synthetic rubbers to steel & textile cordsActs as a methylene donor

VULCOFAC HMT MB80NR

Vulcanizing and crosslinking agent designed for rubber manufacturing such as tires. It acts as a methylene donor and adhesion promoter to bond natural and synthetic rubbers to steel or textile cords. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits: It is composed of 80% hexamine in a polymer binder system
