Vinyl-functional coupling agent designed for unsaturated, polyester-type resins, crosslinked polyethylene resins and elastomers. It is used in inorganic substrates such as fiberglass, silica, silicates and many metal oxides. It is composed of 50% vinyl-tris(2-methoxy ethoxy) silane and 50% silicon dioxide. VULCOFAC 189 DL70

Coupling agent used in sulfur cured and metal oxide cured elastomers. It chemically bonds reinforcing minerals like silica, clay, mica and talc to the polymer matrix. It is based on a blend of 70% gamma – mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and 30% silicon dioxide. Shelf life: 9 months. Benefits:85 % pure

VULCOFAC 213 DL70

UV stabilizer developed for elastomers as well as styrene homo and copolymers. It is a dry blend of liquid UVA. It is based on 70% reaction products of methyl 3–(3–(2H–benzotriazole–2–yl)–5–t–butyl–4–hydroxy phenyl) propionate/PEG 300 blend with 30% silicon dioxide. Shelf life: 24 months.
