    AUTOTHANE™ Catalyst Additive is a catalyst used as a component for manufacture of urethane polymers.  It is also suitable for industrial use.

    Isocyanate prepolymer used to produce a range of polyurethane elastomers from 55 Shore A to 55 Shore D hardness.Benefits:Offers dynamic performance with good physical properties and abrasion resistance.

    Isocyanate prepolymer. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ C590/45 curative to produce an elastomer of 45°C and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ CA chain extender as a third component to allow the production of elastomers up to 55 Shore D hardness. Shelf life: 6 months.

    Polyol curative. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ 530 Prepolymer to produce an elastomer of 45 Shore A and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ CA chain extender as a third component system to produce elastomers of up to 95 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.

    Polyol used in polyurethane production. DIPRANE™ 530 Prepolymer can be reacted with DIPRANE™ C591/45 curative to produce an elastomer with a hardness of 45 Shore A. By incorporating increasing amounts of DIPRANE™ C chain extender as a third component, elastomers with hardness values up to 95 Shore A can be achieved.Benefits:Offers high degree of dynamic performanceExhibits excellent physical properties and abrasion resistance

DIPRANE™ 530 or DIPRANE™ 531 Prepolymer can be reacted with DIPRANE™ LC 1007/45 Polyol curative to produce an elastomer of 45°A and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ C chain extender to allow the production of elastomers up to 55 Shore D hardness.
