Chain extender component. It produces elastomers of up to 90 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.

DIPRANE™ LC 1006 POLYOL

Polyester-based polyol component. It reacts with DIPRANE™ LD 1000 Prepolymer to produce high-performance microcellular polyurethane foam, particularly suitable for use in pipeline pig applications. Shelf life: 6 months.Benefits: Gives open cell structure required to maintain dimensional stability 

Diprane™ LC 1010 polyol

Polyol suitable for industrial and other polyurethane applications. It can be used for the production of a range of polyurethane elastomers from 45 to 95 Shore A hardness. DIPRANE™ LC 1020 CATALYST PL

Diprane™ LC 1025 FC polyol

Polyol used to produce a range of polyurethane elastomers from 55 Shore A to 55 Shore D hardness. It is also suitable for industrial use. DIPRANE™ LD 1000 PREPOLYMER

Isocyanate prepolymer. It reacts with DIPRANE™ LC 1006 to produce high-performance microcellular polyurethane foam, particularly suitable for use in pipeline pig applications. Shelf life: 6 months.

DURAMOULD™ 5223 ISOCYANATE

TDI-based isocyanate prepolymer suitable as a curing agent for two component polyurethane formulations for softer elastic coatings. Shelf life: 6 months.
