Founded in Italy in 1985, Kemi is a chemical company that produces release agents, lubricants, anti-adhesives, color pastes and technical solutions for industry. Our range includes: – release agents for polyurethane – lubricants and release agents for rubber – preparers, bladder treatments and lubricants for tire molding – release agents for latex (synthetic and natural) – release agents for epoxy and phenolic resins – mold cleaners – injection head cleaners – dispersions and technical emulsions for industry – colour pastes for PU (polyurethane), PVC and epoxy resin systems. For more than 30 years, Kemi solvent free products such as ECOLEASE®, AQUALUBE® and RUBBERLUBE® brands have been and continue to be the answer to the need to reduce VOC emissions into the air and are to this day world widely a synonymous of reliability, attention to the environment and safe quality in water-based technology. The company’s headquarters are located in San Pietro Mosezzo in the province of Novara, in the North of Italy, where our management office, sales and customer service as well as production plants and our research and technical development laboratory are located. Our commercial team, in addition to our Sales & Technical Managers, has a network of agents / distributors present and active worldwide. The same philosophy that inspires the work of our entire European team and global network of agents and distributors is shared by our Brazilian branch, established in 2009 with offices and production units in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul.

AQUALUBE 25 6840 F7W is a synthetic polymers emulsion blend with fluorinated polymers, specially developed for moulding rubber transmission belts with amidic fabric; it has excellent release properties and slippery power, high thermal stability on metallic mandrels.AQUALUBE 25 6840 F7W is ready to use.Apply by spray with proper spray systems on hot mandrels or at room temperature. Mandrels have to be dry before starting production cycle.
