Silopren™ LSR 2660 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
Benefits:
- Provides excellent thermal stability, high flexibility at low temperatures, stability to ozone and ultraviolet light
- It reduces the vulcanization temperature while maintaining a standard crosslinking rate
- Exhibits lower viscosity, good tear & aging resistance and a higher reactivity
- Offers good rubber-like properties, long service life under dynamic stress, and a shorter cycle time
- Has excellent dielectric behavior over a wide temperature range
- It is not readily combustible and does not melt or drip and easily pigmentable with LSR color pastes
- Meets flame retardant class UL 94 HB, FDA & BfR compliance, KTW and WRAS approved
Typical Application:
Ideal for elastomeric articles such as sealing elements, O-rings, stoppers, diaphragms, keypads, vibration dampers, switch cover, breast shields, pressure cookers parts and spark plug boots.
