About

Iscaguard® BOA is a preservative suitable for personal care applications.
Benefits:
  • It is blend of organic acids in benzyl alcohol
  • Exhibits a broad spectrum activity against bacteria, mold and fungi
  • It is free from paraben, thiazolinone, and formaldehyde
  • It is suitable for acidic pH formulations and permitted for use in most eco-label-certified products

Typical Applications:
Recommended for shampoos, shower gels, creams, lotions, O/W & W/O emulsions, wet-wipes, oral, eye and lip care products. It is used in leave-on and rinse-off applications.
