Silopren™LSR 4040 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber. It is designed for injection molding processes.

- Provides excellent processing, high stability to ozone and ultraviolet light
- It has neutral odor and taste
- Biocompatibility USP CLASS VI and ISO 10993 (parts 6, 10, 11)
- Sterilizable with ethylene oxide, steam and gamma radiation
- It shows good transparency, high thermal stability, high recovery after puncture
Typical Applications:
It is suitable for production of parts for healthcare devices such as variety of molded fluid and drug delivery device components, respiratory masks, sterilization mats, diaphragms, o-rings and infant care applications.
