Rubber-to-substrate bonding agent suitable for elastomers such as NBR, HNBR, ACM and AEM. It is a solvent-based adhesive for the bonding of polar elastomers to metal or other rigid substrates during vulcanization. Shelf life: 12 months.

Benefits:

  • Two component, one-coat system
  • It consists of reactive polymers and pigments in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and xylene
  • It is free from lead and other toxic heavy metals
  • It adheres to hot and cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass as well as thermoplastics such as polyamides and polyesters
  • It shows resistance against external influences such as fuels, oil, water exposures and high temperatures
