MIKROFINE® OBSH NE is a non-explosive chemical blowing agent suitable for natural and synthetic sponge rubber and cellular plastics, including EVA copolymers, LDPE, and PVC.Benefits:It leaves an odorless, non-staining, and non-discoloring decomposition residueIt helps control sink marks during injection molding of structural foam products and removes excess residual soda from carpet underlay that may damage floor finishesIt decomposes in alkaline latex systems at steam temperatures, producing gas and acidic decomposition productsIt helps increase whiteness in PVC footwear and PVC foamed leather clothTypical Applications:Recommended for cellular cable insulation and the production of expanded LDPE/EVA foam. KINOX® 24

Antioxidant and an efficient metal deactivator for organic polymers. It is mainly used as high-performance stabilizer for cable for telecommunications. It is composed of benzene propanoic acid and 3,5-bis(1,1- dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3-{3,5-bis(1,1­dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl}-1-oxopropyl]hydrazide.Benefits:Recommended for polyolefin in contact with copper during processing and long-term service useSlightly soluble in methanol and acetone

It is an activated grade for relatively low temperature foaming agent specifically for sponge based on synthetic rubber.
