TOLONATE™ HDB 75 MX

Aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret (HDI homopolymer) recommended for conventional two component polyester/alkyd urethanes. It is ideal for high durability protective coatings for industrial maintenance and topcoats for transportation & metallic devices. It is typically used in combination with hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates, in the preparation of weatherable coatings. It is supplied at 75 % solids in a blend of methoxypropyl acetate and xylene (1 for 1 by weight). Crosslinker suitable for high solids two-component polyurethane coatings and varnishes. It is ideal for solvent-free polyurethane systems and exterior protective coatings for car repair, general industrial, plastics & wood. It is recommended for hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret (HDI homopolymer). TOLONATE™ HDT-LV2

Crosslinker recommended for very high solids low VOC two component (2K) polyurethanes coatings and varnishes. It is also used in solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane systems. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It is used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates. It is supplied at 100 % solids and is designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions of the formulations. Aliphatic polyisocyanate based on HDI recommended for concrete flooring, protective-, industrial- and plastic coatings. TOLONATE™ X FLO 100

Crosslinker suitable for 100% solids, solvent-free one-pack (1K) moisture-cured polyurethane coatings. It is also used in very high solids two component (2K) polyurethanes & polyureas (coatings & varnishes) and waterborne polyurethane systems. It can be used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters, polyethers-polyesters and polyacrylates, in combination with more conventional aliphatic polyisocyanates (biuret or trimer types). It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).
