EASTMAN SOLUS™ 1150 PERFOMANCE ADDITIVE is a cellulose-based resin suitable for ink and coating applications. It is natural renewable resource with 50% bio-content.
Benefits:
- Provides low odor, high block and print resistance
- Offers fast solvent release and strong adhesion to plastic films & paper substrates
- It is high performance grade with low color and strong resistance to UV discoloration
- Exhibits high degree of cross-linking, low solution viscosity, rapid dissolution, and good solubility across a wide range of solvents, including alcohol
- It enables formulation convenience, ease of handling and maximum formulating flexibility
- Listed in DSL and TSCA
Typical Applications:
Suitable for commercial, flexographic, gravure, inkjet, overprint varnishes, screen and UV printing inks. It is designed for packaging can coatings external-NFC and packaging inks non-food contact.
