La Défense, France - June 24th, 2025 – Safic-Alcan, a global leader in specialty chemical distribution, is pleased to announce a strategic distribution agreement reached with Evonik Smart Effects division. Effective July 1st, 2025, Safic-Alcan will additionally distribute EVONIK functional silanes in Central Eastern Europe.
Both compagnies have already built a trustful and long-term partnership in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom. The new agreement will also include Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Evonik's Dynasylan® and Protectosil® brand products are used in various industries and sectors to achieve higher performance, better effectiveness and greater sustainability. The wide range of applications includes: paints & coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives & sealants, fiberglass, glass wool, foundry, adhesives and sealants, filler silanization and rubber industries.
