Safic-Alcan is a French independent distributor of specialty chemicals headquartered in Paris La Défense (France). The Company develops and provides wide ranges of polymers, materials and additives for the rubber, coatings, adhesives, thermoplastics, polyurethane, lubricants, detergency, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals industries. Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) is one of the world’s leading suppliers of carbon black. The products advantage is demonstrated in applications like Printing, Coatings, Polymer, Material Rubber Goods, Rubber and Batteries. OEC produces a broad range of carbon blacks using five different production technologies that include high-performance specialty gas blacks, acetylene blacks, furnace blacks, lamp blacks, thermal blacks and after treatment processes to modify them.
