Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) is one of the world’s leading suppliers of carbon black. The products advantage is demonstrated in applications like Printing, Coatings, Polymer, Material Rubber Goods, Rubber and Batteries. OEC produces a broad range of carbon blacks using five different production technologies that include high-performance specialty gas blacks, acetylene blacks, furnace blacks, lamp blacks, thermal blacks and after treatment processes to modify them. Orion operates 14 global production sites and has approximately 1,425 employees worldwide.

Miwon Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd. (hence referred to as “Miwon”) began serving the UV/EB markets in 1983 as a specialized business unit of Miwon Commercial Co., Ltd.
