Our Customer Days take place in key markets including France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Brazil, and the UK, with each edition tailored to the regional expectations and technical interests of local customers. While each country has its own format—lab sessions in France, interactive prototypes in Spain, community-focused gatherings in Brazil—the objective remains the same: to provide a concrete, engaging, and relevant customer experience.
In Poland, participants explored longevity and sensory care through market trends and ingredient-led workshops. In Spain, the focus was on sensorial textures, clean beauty, and minimalism.
