SD masterbatch is good in polychloroprene rubber, especially for mercaptan range. It is a good sulfur donor for other synthetic rubbers NR, IR, BR and SBR. Sulfur donor accelerator used in tires, buffers, conveyor belting, seals and hoses. Recommended for profiles, footwear, cable sheathing and insulation. TBzTD masterbatch is a safe and fast primary thiuram accelerator for NR, IR, BR, SBR and NBR. Also used as a secondary accelerator. It is a scorch retarder in mercaptan modified CR.
