IMERCARB™ 24 is a filler suitable for rubber applications. It is a grounded calcium carbonate produced from high quality crystalline marble.Benefits:Reduces moisture pickup and improves dispersionProvides electrical insulation, modifies elasticity, and improves mold releaseIt has high brightnessEnables higher loading capacity and improved particle packingTypical Applications:Recommended for tires, seals, hoses, footwear, cable sheathing and insulation.

Sulphur and xanthogen mixed-modified polychloroprene rubber used in hoses, belts and cable sheath. Shelf life: 1 year.Benefits :Possesses low to medium crystallization rate Exhibits high tear strength and better processibility over sulfur-modified gradesMooney Viscosity ML(1+4) at 100°C is 25-40 MU

Silopren™ Electro 342 HVI grey is a two-component liquid silicone rubber.Benefits:Shows advanced aging behavior and weather resistanceOffers fast hydrophobicity transfer and hydrophobicity recoveryProvides excellent dielectric behavior over a wide range of temperaturesExhibits very good tracking, arc resistance, rapid vulcanization and very good flowabilityIt has high stability and flexibility at low temperaturesIt also shows excellent stability to ozone and ultraviolet lightSuitable for injection molding processesTypical Applications:Ideal for manufacturing of housing and weather sheds for many insulators. It is used in suspension and long rod insulators, post line and pin insulators, surge arresters, hollow core insulators, high voltage plugs, cable connectors, fitting and terminals.

Silplus™ 40 HT is a heat cured silicone elastomer.Benefits:It is easily bendable and has very good heat resistance up to 300°CIt is suitable for press- and injection-molding, calendaring and extrusionProvides excellent resistance for applications exposed to high temperatureTypical Applications:Ideal for aviation, aerospace, high temperature hoses & bellows and mold making for rotocasting.

Keltan® KSA 6405H is a crystalline ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM).Benefits:Possesses medium ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content, medium molecular weight distribution and medium mooney viscosityEnsures fast extrusion rates and fast vulcanizationEnables higher filling degrees in combination with smooth profile surfacesTypical Applications:It is suitable for continuous & general-purpose extrusion applications (sealing systems, hoses and low voltage wire & cable) and molded goods.

Ethylene methacrylate elastomer for air ducts, hoses and torsional dampers. It is designed for applications requiring long cure time. It is suitable for processing by injection, compression and transfer molding. Benefits:Offers improved high temperature properties, higher compression set and dynamic flex fatigue resistance compared with Vamac® GMooney Viscosity ML 1+4 at 100 °C is 17.5Contains small amount of processing aid

Ethylene methacrylate elastomer for wires & cables, seals, gaskets and extruded hoses. Benefits:Peroxide curable, halogen-freeOffers improved mold release, resistance to mineral oilsPrevents collapse during extrusionMooney Viscosity ML1+4 at 100 °C is 28

Ethylene acrylic elastomer developed for static & dynamic seals or hoses and tubes. It is also recommended for E-mobility and internal combustion engines. Benefits: It was formerly known as VMX3020It is an intermediate Mooney viscosity grade at 23 MU (ML1+4, 100°C)Provides excellent heat resistance, good physical properties  Offers good low temperature flexibility and very good compression set
