IMERCARB™ 24 is a filler suitable for rubber applications. It is a grounded calcium carbonate produced from high quality crystalline marble.Benefits:Reduces moisture pickup and improves dispersionProvides electrical insulation, modifies elasticity, and improves mold releaseIt has high brightnessEnables higher loading capacity and improved particle packingTypical Applications:Recommended for tires, seals, hoses, footwear, cable sheathing and insulation.

Silopren™LSR 2750 TP3824 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding.Benefits:No special mold treatment needed, It shows primer-less adhesion to many substratesProvides excellent thermal stability, high flexibility at low temperaturesExhibits favorable aging behavior & weathering resistance, good dielectric and mechanical properties Easily pigmentable due to translucent colorTypical Application:Suitable for elastomeric articles such as sealing elements, automotive connectors, membranes and vibration dampening elements.

Millable polyurethane used in rollers, diaphragms, seals, gaskets and O-rings. Designed for molded electrical parts, dust covers, suction cups and mounts. Also suitable for hydraulic, pneumatic and automotive industry bearings.Benefits:Offers high abrasion and oil resistanceShows good low temperature propertiesGives good resistance to gas permeability

Ethylene methacrylate elastomer suitable for processing by injection, compression and transfer molding. It is designed for flame-retarded, low-smoke, non-halogen wire & cable jackets and in non-halogen, low smoke flooring. It is applicable for automotive components such as powertrain seals & gaskets, rocker cover & piston seals, oil coolant-, power steering- and turbocharger hoses. Other applications include torsional dampers, isolators pads, crancake ventilating tubes, covering for fuels & coolant hoses, O-rings, grommets and spark plug boots.Benefits:Contains small amount of processing aidHalogen-free, possesses excellent vibration damping propertiesProvides high-temperature durability with low temperature flexibilitySuperior oil resistance with service lubricants

Ethylene methacrylate elastomer for seals & gaskets, automotive applications such as turbocharger hoses and molded air ducts. Benefits: Offers high heat resistanceOil resistant gradeMooney Viscosity ML1+4 at 100 °C is 57

Ethylene methacrylate elastomer for wires & cables, seals, gaskets and extruded hoses. Benefits:Peroxide curable, halogen-freeOffers improved mold release, resistance to mineral oilsPrevents collapse during extrusionMooney Viscosity ML1+4 at 100 °C is 28

Ethylene acrylic elastomer developed for static & dynamic seals or hoses and tubes. It is also recommended for E-mobility and internal combustion engines. Benefits: It was formerly known as VMX3020It is an intermediate Mooney viscosity grade at 23 MU (ML1+4, 100°C)Provides excellent heat resistance, good physical properties  Offers good low temperature flexibility and very good compression set

Fluoroelastomer (FKM) designed for use with Viton™ Curative No. 50. It is suitable for transfer & injection molding of complex shapes, such as gaskets. It is also used in extrusion, solution coating, fabric and tanks or chemical containers. It is an ultralow-viscosity, A-type gum dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride.Benefits:Demonstrates improved processing and rheology Provides increased mold flow, excellent mold release and good compression set resistance
