Radiance promoter suitable for eye contour- and illuminating complexion care applications. It is ideal for skin radiance-, shimmering- & anti-aging care products and anti-redness diffuses. It is a phyto-active substance obtained by controlled extraction with the mixture propanediol 1,3/water from the leaves of white tea (Camellia sinensis). Shelf life: 3 years.
