About
Calcined clay widely used in the rubber and polymer industries. It allows for excellent extrusion in hoses and gaskets. It is used in automotive car door seals & hoses, O-rings, membranes, cable sheathing & insulation and FR cables. It is also used in hydraulic & industrial hoses. It is produced by heating highly refined kaolins to temperatures above 1000°C.
