Silopren™ LSR 2620 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
Benefits:
- Offers lower viscosity, high tear & aging resistance and a higher reactivity
- It reduces the vulcanization temperature while maintaining a standard crosslinking rate
- Provides excellent thermal stability and flexibility at low temperatures,
- Offers stability to ozone and ultraviolet light
- It also exhibits good rubber-like properties and a shorter cycle time
- It has excellent dielectric behavior over a wide temperature range
- It is not readily combustible, does not melt or drip and easily pigmentable with LSR color pastes
Typical Applications:
Ideal for various elastomeric articles such as stoppers, vibration dampers and shoe inserts.
