Silopren™ LSR 2749 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding.
Benefits:
- It shows primer-less adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polycarbonate (PC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), co-polyesters
- Provides excellent thermal stability, high flexibility at low temperatures
- No special mold treatment or substrate surface pre-treatment is required, and the material does not adhere to the mold
- Exhibits favorable aging behavior & weathering resistance, good dielectric and mechanical properties
- Easily pigmentable with LSR color pastes
Typical Application:
Suitable for elastomeric articles such as respiratory mask, sealing elements, mobile phone gasket, membranes/diaphragms, connectors, handles/grips, spatula, straps, bellows, vibration dampers and other soft-hard combinations.
