W/O Emulsion stabilizer suitable for color cosmetics, cosmetic emulsions, powdered color cosmetics, oleophilic bath formulations and hair products. It is also used in lotions, creams, conditioner (leave-in/rinse out), hair relaxer, make-up, liquid make-up and mascara. It is ideal for concealer, eyeshadow, lipstick, loose powder, eyeliner, pressed powder, emulsions, low pH systems, ointments, emulsion-based sunscreens and after-sun products. It is a non-ionic copolymer. Shelf life: 24 months.
