About
NIAX™ COLOR STABILUZER CS-22LF is a conventional polyether. It is a color stabilizer and mild antioxidant for polyester foams.
Key Benefits:
- It does not produce foams that can be successfully flame laminated or welded, like foams based on polyester polyols
- It is an additive specially developed for flame and heat lamination of polyether foams
- It is an improved version of the previous CS-22 that doesn’t contain any phenol
- Offers the most severe automotive specifications regarding fogging and emissions
- It improves the indirect light stability of polyether and polyester foams
- The hydrolytic stability of the foam is superior to that of polyester foam
- The foam can be Butt-welded and the strength is superior to the tensile strength of the foam
- It delays yellowing of foams exposed to indirect light
