About
Niax™ Silicone L-858 is non-flame retardant silicone surfactant for use in production of conventional flexible slabstock foam. It is suitable for most foaming machines. It is a low-medium potency low emission silicone.
Benefits:
- Offers excellent processing latitude, good froth stability required for CO2 processes
- Thinner top and bottom skins with uniformity in foam physical properties from top to bottom
- Provides yields good foam porosity, fine regular cells and good density distribution
- It combines excellent foaming stability with good airflow over a broad range of foam densities
- Enables optimum cell stabilization in flexible PU foam blocks with minimal settling
