About
Sulfur donor accelerator used in tires, buffers, conveyor belting, seals and hoses. Recommended for profiles, footwear, cable sheathing and insulation. TBzTD masterbatch is a safe and fast primary thiuram accelerator for NR, IR, BR, SBR and NBR. Also used as a secondary accelerator. It is a scorch retarder in mercaptan modified CR. Shelf life: 2 years.
Benefits:
- Non-staining, non-discoloring, nitrosamine-safe and improves anti-reversant effect
- It is a good booster in EPDM
- For compound containing a high level of silica, it increases filler rubber bound
- It could be used also in devulcanization process for reclaiming uses with addition of sulfur, stearic and ZnO.
