DEUREX® EO 4401 W

DEUREX® EO 4401 W is a water-based emulsion based on oxidized HDPE wax for ink and coating applications. It acts as a lubricant and release agent. Shelf life: 6 months. Benefits: Provides increased slip-, scratch-, abrasion and temperature resistance Offers high hardness, excellent blocking resistance and water repellency It reduces coefficient of friction & increases surface gloss and surface smoothness VOC-, APEO- and formaldehyde-free   Typical Applications: Suitable for water-based paints, coatings and printing inks. It is designed for finishing auxiliaries for textiles, paper and leather care products (polishes) and wood coatings.

NANOCRYL® C 152

NANOCRYL® C 152 acts as a scratch and abrasion resistance agent suitable for coating applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months. Benefits: It does not affect the gloss and transparency of UV cured coatings Exhibits excellent barrier effect Provides good adhesion to glass and aluminum Offers flexibility and reduced drying time It is suitable for radiation hardening and partially appropriate for phase solvent   Typical Applications: Ideal for UV coatings for metal, plastic, glass and wood.

LOPON® E 100

ACEMATT® 590 is a matting agent partly suitable for radiation-curing coating applications. Shelf life: 24 months.Benefits:Provides excellent dispersibility, transparency, high surface smoothness and matting efficiency with low viscosity impactIt is an untreated, fine particle sized precipitated silicaTypical Applications:Recommended for general industrial coatings and coil coatings. It is suitable for waterborne, solventborne, high solids, clear, pigmented and 2-pack coatings.

SFC 112 72

SFC 112 72 is a butyl-phenol based, BPA-free co-binder recommended for coating applications. Shelf life: 1 year.Benefits:It is a curable phenolic resin in solutionOffers excellent flexibility and adhesionProvides lighter color, non-tinting and excellent color stabilityTypical Applications: Used in combination with PES binder for BPA - NI systems. It is suitable for epoxy and polyester can- and coil coatings.

SFC 220
