BENTONE® 34

Rheological additive designed for low to intermediate polarity organic systems. It is used in anti-corrosive paints, automotive finishes, bituminous compositions, dip coatings and refinishes for household appliances. It is ideal for high-build systems, industrial finishes, interior & exterior house- & do-it-yourself paints, knifing fillers, paint stripper pastes, plastisols, primers, undercoats, fillers and printing inks. It is suitable for putty & caulking compounds & road marking paints and highly recommended for decorative long-oil alkyds, marine protective-, plastic-, wood-, asphalt- and roof coatings. It is recommended for can-, car OEM- and coil coatings. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. Shelf life: 4 years. It is ideal for trichlorethylene dip coatings, water-reducible systems and wood stains. It is highly recommended for decorative long-oil alkyds, can-, car OEM-, coil-, marine protective coatings & inks and recommended for plastic coating. It is an organic derivative of a hectorite clay. BENTONE® CT

Thixotropic additive suitable for aqueous coatings systems. It is used in building materials, such as mortar bases on lime, cement & gypsum, synthetic resin-bound plasters and low-cost emulsion paints. It is recommended for high PVC and general industrial coatings. It is highly recommended for concrete coating, grouts and plaster/stucco. It is a natural untreated, hectorite clay. BENTONE® DY CE

It is highly recommended for architectural-, car OEM, car refinish, coil, general industrial, marine protective, plastics & wood coatings and asphalt construction emulsion. It is an organically modified and beneficiated smectite clay product. Shelf life: 2 years. It is used in electrodeposition- & paper coatings, latex paints and foundry paints/foundry resins (washes).  It is highly recommended for architectural-, can, car OEM, car refinish, coil, general industrial, marine protective, plastics, leather & wood coatings. It is also highly recommended for asphalt construction emulsion, inks, plaster/stucco and recommended for high PVC systems. Shelf life: 4 years.
