Rheological additive ideal for waterborne & cementitious systems and latex paints. It is also used in electro-deposition paints, plaster compounds, water-reducible systems and foundry resins/foundry paints (washes). It is based on a purified hectorite clay. Shelf life: 4 years.
Benefits:
- It imparts thixotropy and good anti-settling properties
- It provides thermostable aqueous phase viscosity control
- Prevents hard settlement of pigments/fillers and minimizes floating/flooding of pigments
- Enhances texturing and stippling effect
