Wetting and dispersing agent suitable for pigments in plasticizer and universal tinting aids. It may be used in NO-VOC systems. It is highly recommended for waterborne architectural- and plastic coatings. It is recommended for solvent-borne leather coatings and pigments. It is an aliphatic alcohol ethoxylated phosphate ester. Shelf life: 2 years.
