About
Polyether urea polyurethane associative (HEUR) thickener and rheological additive for low VOC formulations. It is used in waterborne dispersions, spray-applied industrial coatings, and interior & exterior-, satin-gloss & gloss latex paints. It is also used in water-reducible paints and inks. Shelf life: 2 years.
Benefits:
- It is free from solvent, APE, tin, isothiazolinone and biocides (MIT, BIT or CIT)
- It is low odor, pH-independent and easy to incorporate
- Provides viscosity at low (Stormer, KU) and medium-shear rates
- Offers effective flow and levelling control
- Exhibits broad formulating flexibility and excellent spray characteristics
- It can be combined with traditional additives, such as clays, cellulosic or acrylic thickeners
- Listed in TSCA, EINECS, REACH, DSL, ENCS, PICCS, KECL, IECSC, AICIS, NZIoC and TCSI inventories
