Diluent/binder suitable for direct compression (DC) tablet manufacturing. It is ideal for low-dose formulations, dry granulation (roller compaction, slugging) and capsule filling. It is a spray dried and co-processed lactose. It comprises alphalactose monohydrate (75%) and microcrystalline cellulose (25%). Shelf life: 18 months.
