Safe & fast primary accelerator suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR and NBR. It is used in general rubber goods such as latex articles, articles requiring a good heat resistance, wire & cable, coated fabric and thick molded articles. It is a non-staining tetrabenzyl thiuram disulfide. Shelf life: 2 years.
Benefits:
- In NR, in association with CBS, it is better in reversion and heat build-up than TMTD and it has a longer scorch time
- In EPDM, it is a good booster when it is combined with other accelerators
- In mercaptan modified CR, it is a scorch retarder when it is used with thiuoureas
- Nitrosamine safe
