Coalescent agent used for latex paints. It is used in interior flat-, interior non-flat-, exterior architectural-, general industrial-, wood-, protective coatings, automotive refinish and road marking paints. It is also used in commercial- and lithographic printing inks. It is used as a retarder solvent for coil coatings and high-bake enamels.
