FB-250BX 50 is an etherified unplasticized phenolic resin. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
Key Benefits:
- It can be combined with polyvinyl butyral for one and two pack wash primers
- Pigments can be dispersed in FB-250BX 50, using xylene/n-butanol and isopropanol as solvents in the mill base.
- It shows high levels of hardness, adhesion, salt spray resistance and water dispersibility
Typical Applications:
Zinc tetra oxy chromate, zinc chromate and zinc phosphate can be used as anti-corrosive pigments. It is used in car repair, wash primer, fillers, general industry, maintenance primer for aircraft, machinery and steel structure.
