About
VULCOFAC HDC is a crosslinker and vulcanizing agent for elastomers reacting with amines such as ethylene acrylate copolymers, polyacrylates (ACM), fluorinated rubbers, epichlorhydrins, bromobutyl and halogenated butyl rubber. Shelf life: 24 months.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for seals, gaskets, hoses, and molded parts using AEM (ethylene acrylic elastomer), ACM (acrylic rubber), ECO (epichlorohydrin copolymer rubber), or FKM (fluorocarbon rubber)-based formulations where heat, chemical resistance and mechanical integrity are paramount. Its safe scorching characteristics and stable processing behavior make it especially suitable for demanding production environments requiring consistent quality and reduced scrap rates.
