Tackifying resin suitable for hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) based on SIS or SBS and solvent-based adhesives based on natural & synthetic rubbers (SBR, PCP). It is also used in tyres. Shelf life: 18 months.
Benefits:
- It is produced from the polymerization of alpha pinene
- It improves adhesive properties such as tack and adhesion
- Soluble in most aromatic, aliphatic & chlorinated solvents
- Insoluble in alcohol and ketones
