PAT-ADD DA 405 is a polymeric dispersing agent for waterborne industrial coatings, pigment dispersions and printing inks. Shelf life: 24 months.
Benefits:
- Enables high pigment loadings and minimizes mill-base viscosity
- Suitable for making glycol free pigment concentrates
- Optimizes color development and offers excellent performance
- Effective prevention of pigment flocculation, floating, flooding, and pigment settling
- Highly effective for inorganic and moderately polar surface treated organic pigments, including carbon blacks
- Shows strong interaction and high affinity for charged surfaces, such as inorganic pigments and polar surface treated organic pigments
- Ensures excellent resistance to desorption even in highly diluted systems
Typical Applications:
Designed for use in a wide range of waterborne industrial paints including acrylics, stoving systems, 2-packs, epoxies and polyesters formulations. It is also recommended for highly loaded, resin free pigment concentrates.
