Pigment dispersion system used in toiletry, beauty products such as foundation, mascara, lip products, pencils, liners, eye shadow, blush, & compressed or baked powder compact and sunscreen products. It is suitable for dispersing the cosmetic inorganic pigment powder and fillers into the oil phase of cosmetic formulation.
