Artichoke extract is an upcycled product that is produced from the unused leaf part of the plant Cynara scolymus that is native to Mediterranean region of Turkey.
It stimulates the contraction of the gallbladder and increases the volume of secretion of bile from the liver as well as the amount of solids secreted, according to scientific studies. These two functions are critical to the liver’s overall health.
The main active molecule found in it is known as Cynarine which is found rich in the pulp of its leaves. The extract is produced in Bionorm’s GMP certified facility that is approved by Turkish Ministry Of Health.
