HYDROLAR® HC 227 is a polyether polyurethane dispersion suitable for coating applications. Shelf life: 9 months.
Benefits:
- It is a solvent-free, water-based anionic grade
- Produces transparent, glossy, hard coatings with medium-to-low elasticity
- It can be crosslinked with water-dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines and polycarboidimides
- Shows good compatibility with a wide range of additives and other anionic dispersions
- Offers excellent resistance to yellowing, solvents, and hydrolysis
- Exhibits excellent flexibility and adhesion to substrate
- It is not compatible with cationic dispersions
Typical Applications:
Designed for coating leather, imitation leather, synthetic fibers, wood, paper, automotive and paints.
