HYDROLAR® HR 116 is an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion used as varnish for high-quality coatings. Shelf life: 6 months.
Benefits:
- Provides hard and stiff films with high transparency and intense gloss
- Exhibit excellent water resistance and abrasion performance
- It has good compatibility with other polyurethanes and acrylic dispersions
- Enhances mechanical performance the product
- It can be crosslinked with water-dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines and polycarboidimides when added in an amount of 3-5%wt on the dispersion
- It also shows good compatibility with a wide range of additives and other anionic dispersions
- It is not compatible with cationic dispersions
Typical Applications:
It is used in many coating applications such as leather-, wood-, plastic- and metal coatings.
