About
PAT-ADD DA 205 is a nonionic wetting agent for aqueous paints and colorants. It is used in dispersion paints in conjunction with polycarboxylic dispersion agents, such as PAT-ADD DA 103. Shelf life: 24 months.

- It is APEO- and solvent-free with low foaming properties
- It is more hydrophobic than PAT-ADD DA 203
- Optimizes color development and paint stability
- Offers strong stabilization to prevent pigment flocculation, floating, flooding, and pigment settling
- Provides good long-term storage-stable viscosity with minimum phase separation
Typical Applications:
It is suitable for use in masonry primers, interior and exterior emulsion paints (gloss, semi-gloss, sheen, and matt finishes), low-VOC emulsion paints, as well as pigment and extender slurries.
