Surface treated black iron oxide pigment for W/O and W/Si emulsions. It is used for pressed & loose powder, two-way cake and eyebrow make-up products. It is also suitable for mousse, mascara, long-lasting lipstick/lipgloss, hair care and cream in powder form.
