Release Agent Rotorelease® RM-1191 is a ready to use release agent.
Benefits:
- Forms a coherent release film on the mold
- Film is micro thin and very resistant after cure, even to abrasive materials
- It is temperature stable up to <450°C
- Develops a strong chemical bonding to most mold materials
- Allows processing like varnishing or gluing without subsequent treatment because it doesn’t transfer to the molded parts
- Helps to reduce build-up caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents and resin residues considerably
Typical Applications:
It is suited for rotational molding systems of all plastic types especially polyethylene and polypropylene.
