Fragrances and botanical extract designed for hair care formulations. It is a water-soluble herbal cosmetic ingredient with 11 different species of herbs. It is composed of water (>50%), propylene glycol (25 - 50%), calcium pantothenate (1 – 5%), niacin (0.1 – 5%), 11 herbs (<0.1%) and biotin (<0.1%). Shelf life: 24 months.
