Preservative suitable for aqueous personal care products. It is used in shampoos, hair conditioners, creams, lotions, mascaras and toiletries. It is based on a formulation of DMDM hydantoin and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in glycol. Shelf life: 12 months.
Benefits:
- It shows broad-spectrum activity against Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella typhimurium
- It is effective against Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus bovis
